Called and was told we could not come back because I was in the hospital having surgery and couldn’t reschedule my children’s appointments. After explaining this multiple times the lady just kept saying if you don’t cancel bla bla bla, and then asked for my wife to call. I told them my wife doesn’t need to call and I can talk to them. What a joke. You don’t treat people like that. I will tell everyone I know NOT to go here and how they treat people.

Well....first off Dr. Kaja is amazing! She truly is! She has compassion for her patients fears and does everything to make them comfortable. I went in to see her on an emergency basis. My normal dentist is out of town so I called her. I was having pain in 4 of my teeth. She got me in yesterday and took X-rays. We discussed the plan. I told her my fear of the needle and shots. My experience with Dr. Kaja and her staff is Absolutely Incredible and Unbelievable!! It has been 11 days since I had to have an emergency impacted and infected wisdom tooth extraction and I am still completely astonished how Dr. Kaja did what she did!!! My bottom left wisdom tooth was severely impacted, curved and infected and within 2 hours of seeing me for the very first time as her patient she examined my tooth, took xrays, and then highly advised me that I needed to go to an oral surgeon, because she did not think she c... read more
Highly reccomend Jacksonville Family Dental. Staff is excellent & friendly. Dr. Kaja explained everything in detail. Kids loved her.
I am a college student a long ways from home and was having wisdom tooth problems. Dr. Kaja and her staff were absolutely amazing at getting me in the next day to fix the problems. They explained absolutely everything and assured me that what they were going to do would work and if it didn't, we knew the next course of action. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the Jacksonville area. They are amazing and so friendly!
