So friendly! Dr. Letts was wonderful with my 9yo daughter and the facility/equipment/etc is very clean, up to date, warm, and welcoming. I look forward to my own upcoming appointment. Our family's opthalmologist retired--- Dr Letts and Dr Diffendall are our new ones!! A very easy decision!
