When people talk about the VA being unhelpful, it’s this kind of location. Brand new to being outside of the military and the front desk was zero help trying to enroll or help with healthcare. Defund the VA
Learning the VA system has been difficult. Carlos really demonstrated kindness on a very professional level when dealing with my disabled father-in-law. He help me get connected with Ms. Monk a helpful social worker. The two of them working together help me get connected to a pack and supplies I needed to assist me and caring for my father-in-law.
