Was in the lab waiting room on the tv they have news on, they should put the home improvement show back on because a news channel will create some issues between people in the waiting room because of different opinions everyone has.
My husband is a veteran and he has been feeling terrible for the past 3 months and I think this facility is awful they should have a hospital in Jacksonville or somewhere near Jacksonville because some veterans can’t drive or don’t have transportation to drive for 2 or 3 hours with all veterans and military bases they should have better care
Jacksonville Community Based Outpatient Clinic provides solid care for veterans and the staff generally treat people with respect. Appointments moved along once we were called back and the providers listened without rushing the visit. The clinic itself is clean and easy to find on Henderson Drive. For routine outpatient needs this location gets the job done and the people who work there clearly understand the veteran population they serve. The experience was good overall but not perfect. I am a 100% disabled veteran who recently moved to this area, and the care at this clinic has completely jeopardized my mental health stability. After establishing care, a routine medication refill turned into a weeks-long nightmare due to a total collapse of clinic communication. When my medication ran low, I called repeatedly.
