Absolutely the best VA clinic I’ve been seen at. They listen, and actually give you what you need.
I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the staff of the Jacksonville CBOC. Many of the employees are Veterans themselves, or married to one, or have a close relative that is a Veteran. There have now been a total of four times that they because of their attention to the veteran and genuine concern they have saved my life. This place is worst than a mental ward because at least in the mental ward they try to help. The front desk personnel will intentionally attempt to provoke you and then ask are you raising your voice. I never actually saw my doctor here only through a computer. There is no doctor patient relationship at all because the doctor isn’t actually there.
This VA Clinic has taken great care of me for years and enjoy my visits each and every time I go.
Hands down great experience. Contacted the clinic about enrollment questions, Phyllis at the front desk was helpful, compassionate and friendly! She got our questions answered quickly. We came in the next day and enrollment was a breeze, Jeff was helpful and quick. He gave us information on the next steps and additional benefits. Lots of negative reviews which surprised me. Great customer service overall and both genuinely wanted to help.
