Like others have said, communication among the staff here is horrible. I was ten minutes early for my appointment. At 15, 30, and 45 minutes after my appointment time, I went back to the check-in counter and was told I would be seen shortly. I gave up and left at the one hour mark. I later discovered that upon check in, they notified someone who wasn't even there that day that I had arrived for my appointment.
Great for veterans, not a big clinic. Usually not a long wait before being seen
Had a pleasant experience despite how I was feeling. All staff I encountered were professional, empathetic to my needs, and informative. The edifice was clean on the inside and out. Special shout out to Carlos!
