Told me there were no providers less than 10 minutes after opening. But somehow there was still a provider that could make a phone call to tell me this. They opened at 0800 I was told at 0810 no providers were available. This was after only 2 people walked in. Then instead of giving me an appointment time for later in the day or the next day, he just sent me to the emergency room for what very well may be just a common cold, allergies, or a sinus infection. Will 100% be calling the White House hotline and making a complaint

I’ve always heard terrible things about the VA clinics. I will say the gap team in facsimile is great. My first appointment with them was better than any appointment i had in over 20 years in the marine corps. I saw Carlos and Cathy and they were amazing.

Like others have said, communication among the staff here is horrible. I was ten minutes early for my appointment. At 15, 30, and 45 minutes after my appointment time, I went back to the check-in counter and was told I would be seen shortly. I gave up and left at the one hour mark. I later discovered that upon check in, they notified someone who wasn't even there that day that I had arrived for my appointment.
