Took it in for the skim key error, no start red light on cluster. I left it with them for a week !!! From Saturday to Saturday..... They told me they couldn't replicate the issue 🤨 SKIM IS NOT RELIABLE. Jeep / Mopar is not reliable.
Answering the phones isn’t a thing at this dealership. I tried parts, sales, and service and no luck. If someone did answer I was put on hold so long it would try to reconnect me and then no one would answer. Walked into the parts department and was told someone would help me by someone already sitting at the desk. Then the person Sitting at the desk was the one that helped me anyway. If you don't close the deal with them, expect them to take your credit card the next day without your permission. This is the second time with them. That's why I decided to give them a bad review. In the photo you can see 1 dated April 19 and 3 dated April 20. Damn trash.
Fixed my air bag light issue bc it came unplugged under my driver's seat! Could've cost me two arms & a leg but I wasn't charged a nickel! My gas light was on when I dropped it off but when I picked it up it had a quarter tank in it & still no charge! Way to go Jax Chrysler Dodge Jeep! Best Dealer in the City! I will buy my next Dodge from right here, if they have what I want or can get it!
