I have been coming here since 2012 and in the last year they have become an absolutely horrible office to have to come to. Their receptionists are rude and not trained appropriately. One said I needed to pay a balance, the other one told her I did not, and then they had to call me to tell me they were wrong and I DID need to pay one. I watched them repeatedly ignore a woman in a wheelchair that was asking for assistance with getting into the building and then with help getting into the bathroom. Do these people never answer the phone? I’m confused as to why I have to keep calling over and over and waiting past 40min just to have to call again. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I like this place ever since I gave birth to my son. This is the place that I go to. I'd really like them any questions or anything. They take the time to answer before they go to the next person. And that's what I like some things I don't understand and I'm a little slow at things, so they go slow for me and make sure I understand everything. Anytime I need an appointment, I get it when I go to my appointment. It'll only take couple minutes even when they're very busy. Thank you so much

I have never in my life experienced anything like this. I originally thought it was the doctor but when i switched to another doctor within the same practice (different location) it only has become worse. I have a multitude of different illnesses and autoimmune disorders happening all at once and cant get the treatment for my symptoms. I cant even get a call back. Im going to die because of the medical system as a whole.
