I love their attentiveness, I love how they spoke us through the process, and simply for caring and showing concern for our issue. This was my first time here and I definitely will recommend others to go. I definitely will be back. Keep up the good work night staff that worked on 9/27!!!!!

If I could leave a negative star review I would. This pediatrician office has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I work in the customer service fiels and I am flabbergasted of the lack of service I received on the phone setting up a new patient appointment. The receptionist didn't give her name when I spoke with her to setup my daughter an appointment for a regular doctor visit/ ADHD consult, so I dont know who will be held accountable except for management that has hired her at this point. I have been a frequent visitor to this facility for some time and have consistently noted subpar cleanliness. The premises are always dirty, indicating inadequate mopping and sanitizing, including the removal of bloodstains on the walls. Furthermore, it is concerning to see children who are clearly unwell, coughing excessively, and exhibiting symptoms of illness, such as nasal discharge, in a facility designated as a 'well center.'
