Quick, Clean, Quiet, cimforta le and courteous enter and staff. Procedure done safely efficiently. I preferred this surgical center vs a different one used previously.

This is one of the places where you feel you are really cared for. Always so nice. They just make you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend Dr Etzkorn and staff.

I am rating this two stars only because my colonoscopy was performed safely without injury. Beyond that, my experience with Borland Groover was terrible. My first doctor rolled her eyes when I told her I had not passed stool in a month. I switched to Dr. Nassar based on a recommendation, but he was just as dismissive. He rushed me through a brief appointment, diagnosed me with IBS-C, and put me on the highest dose of Linzess. Nurse Roy is the best pre-op nurse! He is so friendly and inserted a painless IV! I’ve had him for my last 2 colonoscopies with 5 years between them, and he is still just as good as he was 5 years ago!
