The staff was very helpful when we suddenly had a tight turn around for cardiology clearance for my Mom's surgery. Even with a hurricane approaching, they made sure all of the appointments needed for clearance happened swiftly. The staff was also very courteous. I find this almost more important than the doctor because you talk to the staff more. The doctor and PA were thorough in their assessment of my Mom.
I have known Dr. Pulido for years and he is a very nice physician. That being said, his office staff should start over from scratch. I have been scheduled for testing at his office three times that had to to be rescheduled upon arrival due to the employees not being there for a majority of reasons. I was never phoned and one of those times it WAS a rescheduled appointment.
