Other than having to drive to Jax from St. Aug, I loved this facility! (And, okay, the drive wasn't bad at all, esp. at 5 in the morning.) Check in was easy and the ladies were friendly and smiling. The wait to be called back was shorter than I thought it would be. My pre-op nurses, Brooke and Amber, were incredible! The facility itself is very nice, very clean and has plenty of parking. The receptionist, however, is very rude. She starts off the experience here on the wrong foot. Also, they play Fox News in the waiting room so all are forced to watch/hear this. Really think they should have something apolitical on...or nothing at all. If given a choice of facilities, I would not come here again.
What an awful business. They sent me to collection over a mistake that was theirs and refused to help me correct it.
They have an iPad you can use while you wait.
