I have seen this Practice twice in the last year. The first one I waited 2.5 hours with my 3 year old to be seen. I pitched a fit the entire time and no one cared. It was completely normal to them to have to wait over 2 hours for the Dr to see you. Today I went for his yearly check up and I told myself, I will not wait more than 30 minutes past my sons appointment to be seen. I worked in the medical field many years and I know that it means so much for the Doctor/Surgeon and Nurses to actually care about you and your health. Dr Kim and the wonderful , compassionate and professional nurse that took care if me today went over and beyond providing care for me. My sincere appreciation goes to both if you. I left my visit with Dr. Hioe in tears. I have never felt so belittled and ignored during a visit with a provider- either for myself or my children. I voiced my concerns to him and he talked down to me, made me feel like I wasn't doing my best for my child and I did not leave the appointment feeling like my concerns were validated or addressed.
