It was great until I tried to contact the owner regarding the fact that the DVD I paid for was not formatted correctly and no one responded to any of the messages I sent.
I had an ultrasound here about a week ago, and the wonderful tech confirmed that I was getting the boy I've been praying for! Had a bad experience elsewhere at a doctors office today that left me feeling unsure of my gender that I was so excited about so I called and I believe it was Nichole who responded so well with me and had me immediately come in and confirm yet again that my gender is still a beautiful baby boy! This by far was an amazing experience ! Nicole was so sweet and patient and took her time ensuring I had the perfect ultrasound visit. � I would definitely recommend 4d fetal for any expecting moms.
I can't begin to express how amazing they are at Jacksonville 4D. I've only been for the peace of mind ultrasound. I went in super worried I wouldn't see anything and it'd be 5 minuets and not be worth my time or money but I'm so thankful I was completely wrong. At 8 weeks there's not much baby to look at but Nicole scanned for at least 30 minuets giving me the most amazing pictures possible and hearing that sweet heartbeat! Such a great experience today for the gender ultrasound! She was so sweet and kind and excited for us and we loved every minute of it! The place was very kid friendly and perfect for my 2 year old to join in on the adventure too!
