I stopped in to jacksons to pick up two hats that my husband dropped off to be cleaned and shaped. The lady at the counter was super rude and said she didn't know if they had been done because she wasn't there (hello is this a business?) She then proceeded to charge me 10 a piece for hats that still look dirty! I am an equestrian coach and I will tell all my team members to go to milbrook instead where customer service is always number 1!

I stopped by for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised at the large selection of boots. My intent was to buy a new hat but walked away with a new pair of boots too. Kim was so helpful in showing me around and making me feel at home. Excellent products, excellent prices. I'm definitely coming back.
