I could not be more happy with the help that we received today at the western store! Everyone was so friendly and I found multiple pairs of boots that I absolutely love! I was only able to buy one pair today, but I will be back to buy more!

Went in there, wandered around for a good 45 minutes, and not one of the three people working greeted me. Not to mention I was the only one in there.
