Awesome experience! Anyone from beginner to advanced riders can participate, the staff and horses are wonderful. We did a 1 hour trail ride - it was a bit steep and rocky in some spots, careful if you're afraid of heights! It was a really easy slow pace though, plenty of stops.
Kids and adults had a great time!
Took our family of five on the Glacier Basin ride and it was absolute Heaven! Our sons who are 6 and 8 are new to riding and the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was a safe and enjoyable experience for them. Emma and Kate were especially encouraging and kind. Both boys said today was the best day ever and I have to agree!
We did a 2 hour ride with three adults and two 6 year olds. Our Wrangler, Clara, was very attentive and took great care of one of our kiddos. Wrangler Emma was great at keeping the pace of our ride. The Emerald Mountain ride was very pretty, especially at the beginning. For all of us being novices/first timers, 2 hrs was close to perfect. Maybe just a little too long, but I think the 1 hr would've been too short. Glad we did it on our last day bc my legs felt it the next day. Awesome experience. Wonderful ride at a great stable! We have come here for years and are always thrilled with the horses, wranglers and all staff!
