We booked the 2 hour ride. We had a great time! The girls that lead us were extremely personable and nice. The ride was more jarring than I was expecting going up and down rocky hills and stairs quite a bit. There was also a lot of trotting, not just walking. I do not feel like my stirrups were adjusted properly. They put me on the horse and then walked away and didn’t ask how anything felt or checked if anything needed to be adjusted. Other than that, I highly recommend this experience!
This was an amazing experience and our trail leader, Brenna, was also amazing!! We did the 1 hour glacier basin ride and it was the perfect trip with great views. Very laid back and great for beginners.
Enjoyed a nice 1 hour ride bordering Glacier Creek on a lovely horse named Flip Flop. Jackson Stables offers safe rides through beautiful areas surrounding their property and it is clear their horses are very well cared for and treated well. This is why I return to ride at this particular rental stable a few times a year during warmer months of the year.
Great experience! Loved that it was a trail instead of inside an arena. True riding experience that is great for littles!
Wow, what an amazing experience. The staff were just a pleasure. We did a 2 hour ride and got to see some scenery from Rocky Mountain National Park plus the fall color. Our guides (Mia (I believe and our other guides name rhymes with Mia, sorry for remembering)did a great job with explaining everything and leading us through the park.
