I wanted something for my wife's Valentine gift. On a well known auction website I found exactly what I wanted but it was just beyond my budget. A fair offer was accepted and the pendant was in my possession in less than 24 hours. The communication was probably the best that I had experienced on the said auction site. If I could give ZERO stars I would! I purchased a diamond ring from this seller on their ebay store and left an honest review- "For the price, this ring is rubbish. The stones are so ridiculously cloudy with so many inclusions, I took it to my jeweller and they advised I'd been ripped off. Not happy at all!" Which they then somehow had removed!
