Amazing service from Richard, who is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Had three white gold rings cleaned and rhodium plated, a necklace fixed and another altered. My rings came back looking brand new and he did a faultless job with my necklaces. 100% recommend. I will be a returning customer.
Fantastic service, found Jackson’s on Chrono24 and went direct to their website where I found what appeared to be the perfect watch. Spoke to Richard, agreed the deal, paid, delivered the next day and condition exceeded expectations, it was perfect!! Richard come out to our property to give us a valuation on parents old jewelry and was very straight and upfront from the off. We had some rough figures in our heads due to scrap gold prices and we weren't far off from what we were offered. Very genuine, very approachable and in our opinion very professional.
