I have been using jacksons for years with no issues, the ground deer/ hamburger meat we got done there last year is full of bone chips we find some in every package and almost Crack a tooth!I won't be getting ground meat there anymore until they resolve the issue.

Update, just dropped off another deer for snack sticks. Can't wait to get them back!!! I was recommended by a friend for the snack sticks. Had cheddar and pepper jack make and both are great. I de-boned the meat before I took it in, which saved some money. Took 23lbs of meat in and got 36 pounds back ($366.00). That is a lot of snack sticks. They taste better than the ones I made last year.

dropped off 3 deer had maple link and maple pan made told them no pepper extra maple. . tried it had pepper in it and could not taste any maple very disappointed. plus link don't feel smoked long enough. they need do lot better on their service

Absolutely the best place to get your deer processed. They took good care of my animal and the meat cuts were perfect. The packaging is superior and it was ready within a week. This will be my processor from now on. I drove in from Abilene and they stayed upon late to accommodate me and we appreciated that very much. Customer service is top notch!
