Came here for the first time today as when I’m always driving by always was full thought they would do a good job. I paid for a full exterior and interior clean. First thing where they went wrong was that they never called me to tell me my car was done after being there for an hour, I get to my car I check it out before I leave and my seats weren’t wiped down or vacuumed they were still so dirty, my door frames were not even wiped down right. First and last time I will be coming to a Jackson’s car wash very disappointed
Great customer service!
The employees were nice but I paid for a full-service car wash because I didn’t want to stand in the heat for half an hour to vacuum all the sand out of my car. They spent maybe 3 minutes vacuuming my large SUV and they definitely did not get any of the detailed areas like little pockets inside the doors and there is sand and various crumbs in many areas.
