I dropped off my work truck at Jackson’s Car Wash on 84th Ave and Bell Rd at 8:41 AM on 11/29/2025 and received a call around noon saying it was ready, but when I arrived the truck was still being worked on until about 3 PM. After finally getting the vehicle back, I noticed a missing rubber cupholder, a broken and missing AC vent tab, water spots left all over the back window, and the truck bed I specifically asked to have washed out was never cleaned. Just went in, and told the guy I wanted the dash and door panels wiped clean with a basic wash...needless to say that my request was completely neglected as I didn't want to pay 10x more for a detail...it has been a long time of going and the only problem previously was that they took too long. Thanks for nothing!

I'm a Uber driver. I put all my tips in the middle console. The people vacuuming my car took about $40.00 out of my middle console. Not at all happy.
If I could give a 0 stars I would because I went got a carwash and it was not clean from inside to outside so I would not use place again Now the gentleman who helped me for my windshield to get replaced was very nice and helpful Thank you Josh Dilte
