I took my mom to the ER, and the doctor who helped her that day (I don’t remember her name) was amazing — quick, efficient, and made sure all the necessary tests were done in time. But I especially want to highlight Melissa, the charge nurse. She provided another level of care — she was professional, attentive, and made my mom feel truly comfortable during a very stressful moment.
