Truly had a really good experience under scary circumstances. Had too take my son to Jackson West with chest pains. Our night nurse Roxanne was so caring and so attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thank you for your dedication. Much appreciated. Exceeded our expectations.
This medical facility went from 5 stars when they opened but have drastically dropped to 1. Elderly, and disabled family member have been treated not too well in our last visits. We had to wait hours to be allowed in even before more physical able “patients”, even with O2 and wheelchair, she was subsequently hospitalized for approx 3 weeks, and once joined a hospice company, the treatment was awfully worst, even turned off her heart and O2 monitors. This is the 2nd time the ambulance has taken my mother to this hospital against our wishes. I have tried calling mamy times today to speak to her nurse, and no one is available to answer a phone call. Not one single person can answer a call and give you information. With the exorbitant charges this hospital demands, it is inexcusable that there is no possible way of speaking with a person!!! I suppose a call to AHCA is in order.
This hospital is beautiful… But Doctors and nurses are not on the same page. I had a Splanchnic Nerve Block on February 14,2025. Ever since that Splanchnic Nerve Block, I have no bowl control what so ever. They said I would not have pain ever again. I even cried just to think I would not have pain on my right side of my abdominal plank. I was sent home the same day. The doctor that requested the procedure was very intimidating.
