So I'd really like to say that I don't know where to start, but I kind of do. I'd like to start by apologizing to the lady at the front desk. This place is beloved. We hope it stays open forever! The staff is kind and one can tell there's a lot of heart put in. And we LOVE the quality of events they host and that they're so family-friendly. That said, it does need some renovation amd refreshing. Also, we can't wait for a restaurant to return. Planning on returning with the rest of the family despite a 3.5 hour drive.

We had one of the worst experiences trying to check in. A gentleman named Green Light, who claims to have lived there for decades, showed up but wasn't able to assist us in checking in. He informed us that the staff only works every odd hour and on every odd day, excluding holidays. It felt like we were in the middle of a chaotic circus or campground, with no one really knowing what they were doing. Ultimately, we decided to stay at a different campground down the street.
