His nurse practitioner and staff are great. I'll lay it out there, I'm 26 Male with testosterone and ED problems. The way Dr. Sherrer treated not only me, but my ignorance of my medical situation, was an absolute joke. Interrupted my questions and talked to me like I was a child. The man is pompous and insufferable. DO NOT GO HERE.
Started my process in April. Got scheduled for May got canceled the day before. I understood things happen. Got rescheduled again, got a call the day before canceled again. I had taken off work and everything . Being understanding let me reschedule it again. You guessed it the day before they called to cancel again. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. I do not recommend Dr William Sherrer. They are just looking to charge your insurance.
At first I thought I found the place that was going to be the solution to my problem I have been struggling with for a year after my first appointment. Well my second appointment I was scheduled to have a scope done and thought we had this figured out. When I arrived after taking the day off from work for my second appointment I was informed that they missed a CT they was supposed to schedule and wasn’t going to perform the scope even though I’ve been struggling with this problem for over a year they had to have a ct to see ... read more
