Dr. Sherrer, Nurse Practitioner Vanessa, Front Desk Receptionist Erica, and the entire staff were a super professional team that immediately resolved my bladder issues, etc. It is indeed a pleasure to be treated by such an outstanding group of professionals. All the urologist I called except for Dr Sherrer wanted me to deal with my kidney stones until June or July for appointments. Dr. Sherrer saw me the same day I called and surgery the next day. All his staff were wonderful and polite.
This place is a fiasco. Had an appointment with Dr. Arggarwal, which was worthless. I wne in with terrible pain and not being able to urinate. He came in the room for literally 1 and 1/2 minutes, asked a few questions and scheduled a scope more than 30 days out. They had me go to the nurse to have blood drawn, but she said, "I can't find any veins. You'll have to come back in a few days." Started my process in April. Got scheduled for May got canceled the day before. I understood things happen. Got rescheduled again, got a call the day before canceled again. I had taken off work and everything . Being understanding let me reschedule it again. You guessed it the day before they called to cancel again. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. I do not recommend Dr William Sherrer. They are just looking to charge your insurance.
His nurse practitioner and staff are great. I'll lay it out there, I'm 26 Male with testosterone and ED problems. The way Dr. Sherrer treated not only me, but my ignorance of my medical situation, was an absolute joke. Interrupted my questions and talked to me like I was a child. The man is pompous and insufferable. DO NOT GO HERE.
