Just went in for a Eye exam. Staff was very professional and courteous. Dr. Jackson was upfront and very professional.
She's great I would recommend her to anyone. Dr. Jackson found things other Dr. didnt, during first exam.
I just came in she was professional and nice everyone was a big help
Office staff looked like brothel workers. Were busy picking a place for lunch instead of helping people with appointments. A wasted hour waiting for them find my medical records though I'd had an apointment for weeks. Had to call eight times over three weeks to get them to tell where I had been reffered to for cataract surgery. Worst medical experience of my life. I will never return there.

We are on electronic medical records so no trouble finding a chart; depending on the insurance, it can be a lengthy process to obtain authorization, especially if the patient does not provide the correct insurance information in the beginning. It was our pleasure to try to work through this obstacle and work through lunch to help make sure that we got this handled for you so that you could be seen. So sorry that you felt like you had a negative experience!
She was dressed like a prostitute. Very inappropriate attire for a supposed professional doctor. My seven year old son's glasses are incorrect. They hurt his eyes. He can't even wear them! Waste of time & a lot of money!
