We havent even had the procedure yet. When the phone is answered they answer hu saying hello like its a personal phone. Then the lady said she wasnt in front of the computer and kept asking what was being done. Then she confirmed they had the labs hit then called back to say they didn't. Then we had to have our primary doctor call because no one had called in the prescription needed for the procedure on Friday.
