Bad bedside manners and hurt me while working
The staff are happy and cordial from the time I was greeted by staff to the hygienist who did my cleaning. They also checked my coverage before proceeding.
%100 UNETHICAL absolutely disgusting this place! I went for consultation a couple weeks ago for a wisdom tooth that is broken and causing great pain. Third round of antibiotics after that visit & they referred me to a specialist/surgeon who cannot see me until may14th when I called around to find another specialist I called this place back to ask them to refer me to the place I found & they LIED telling me they can only refer to blue ridge bc of their fake policy! Was Charged $500 for a consultation. Knowing full well that I'm on ODSP. Didn't know that I was being charged for it until AFTER I got the letter in the mail. Also....when I said Me, I meant my husband. But we're both on ODSP and this company still full well knew that he was on disability when they made the appointment for him. And they added a comment that I've never been in their office since 2013. Which I find ridiculous. My son went in for surgery when he was 6 years old(he's 15 now).
