This place has a fruit fly problem so bad, that the flies should be paying rent from how much they are around. They refuse to fix it, because its "not in the lease" yet every single person I have talked to has the same problem.
Lived here for one year. Overall I would not recommend living in Jackson Square unless you can't find anyplace else and you REALLY must live walking distance from Midtown/Campus. The rent is far too expensive for what you get. You only get one parking spot per unit, there is little/no guest parking for friends, there are no amenities (no pool, no gym, nada!), some of the balconies are far too small and same with the kitchens (far too little storage space and the appliances are old).
