Mark Jackson takes care of all our heating and air conditioning needs. He also makes sure my 85-yr old mother-in-law is taken care of with no worries about her HVAC system. We’ve used Mark at least 3 times for our aging A/C units and each time his diagnosis was dead on! He knew the problem within minutes and had us in the cool same day. Honest, no haggle, no pressure, knowledgeable service each time.
I was recommended to Jackson Services to do extensive cleaning on a home that was told had mold. After the inspection, Mark told me there wasn't mold and there was no need to do anything or spend any money. That was good news!! Anytime someone is honest about the 'real' needs, I recommend them. Since I am a Realtor and I recommend vendors all the time, it was good to have this personal experience. Thank you Mark!
