I’ve never had an easier time getting set up with storage. Rick was personable and professional. He made things happen without delay and that really helped me during a stressful time while we moved and sold our house. Rick’s communication skills is awesome!

We searched for many storage locations and luckily came across this one! It’s new and really nice! We were helped by Rick who is amazing! His customer service was great! We truly appreciate his kindness in helping us find the best storage for us. After showing us our options we settled on one and the process was nice and easy!

The folks at Jackson Self Storage were very kind and helpful. They even allowed me to change my reservation to a bigger unit with a discount onsite. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for storage in Ashland!
