Don't ever use this company. I called them to hook up a contact on a new door. Driver worked 15 minutes & said he had to go home for tools. Who goes to a job without tools? He came back & worked 35 minutes. He kept pulling the wires apart after he fixed them. He had to pull out of the hole and redo 6 times. They charged for 2 hours so I questioned the bill & mysteriously they changed bill to 11/2 hours which is still overcharged. RecommendedGreat service! They quickly respond to any questions I have, and were incredibly professional and polite during the installation. They took their time to explain everything, and were very thorough.
RUN!!!! I’ve tried to deal with this horrible business for years. Their Equipment constantly breaks yet they charge me to repair it. Customer service is awful. I used them on 3 of my properties and More than half the time it never even worked although we were billed. We finally gave up and switched to ADT after being told by their repair people how lousy this company is to employees and customers.
The owner of the company has lied to me and seems to only care about money. I highly recommend doing it yourself or finding another company for any service or work. He lies to his employees and does not inform them of situations in which customers are being ripped off.
Unhappy customer...... No follow through on claims. No "BOSS" Available for decisions. Just my two cents... Yea, I know.....I'm cheap.
