Some days I wish I was no longer living as a result of what I've endured at Dr. Jackson's hands. Anyone who would like to form a support group please message me at 707.410.0367. We all know we won't find any support from Dr. J, his wife, or staff.
Dr. Jackson should really stop practicing because he belongs nowhere near an Operating Room. He left me with multiple complications from the maxillofacial procedure I had done. costing me thousands of dollars in work that I would have not need had he been more diligent and careful during my procedure. DO NOT go here.
I have permanent nerve pain in my face, lips, tongue, gums,& teeth since surgery. I have speech problems. I look like I had botched plastic surgery. Because of the surgery, I have an open bite & overbite, and my overjet is worse, leading to jaw joint problems I did not have before. Dr. Jackson insists I have a good outcome. He has been unempathetic to my pain and emotional distress and has only suggested he do further procedures to address my issues.I don't want him to get even a needle near me.
My jaw surgery in 2013 was a fail from the get go and I'm still dealing with the complications. Jaw still misaligned, nasal fistula due to the surgery, permanent numbness to left chin/lip, plate issues, TMJ. Dr. J tried to repair the nasal fistula twice and it didn't work...didn't seem to know what he was doing. An ENT I saw said the two repairs should never have been done that way, nor so close in timing to each other, let alone in an office setting. Awful experience overall. Do not recommend.
