They never called me back after I called and left them my phone number. But I'm still waiting for them to have time because I really need a place to live and only 4 days left or I'm completely homeless
After being a resident for 3 years we moved out at the end of August 2021. Landlords are required by law (RCW 59.18.280) to return your deposit and full statement as to why they withheld any funds within 21 days. Jackson Rental Properties sent me a blank statement and told me to wait. After 44 days of waiting I took them to small claims court and won my full deposit back. You have obligations as a renter but they also have obligations as a landlord. Know your rights.
This place is a joke and the woman I spoke to has no business managing properties. They have no clue nor do they care about current fair housing laws and are just slimy.
I rented two separate properties from this family owned company, and I had 0 issues. They were very accommodating when I transferred to a new property and even when I ETS’d out of state.
