Am sorry who are you guys and why do I see a message saying I owe you guys money?
Today I received an EOB from BCBS showing I owe $206 for services performed 2/2018. I never received a notice and now 5 years later they filed a claim. Haven’t heard anything from Jackson Radiology. Guess I better check my credit report.
Today I received an EOB from BCBS showing I owe $206 for services performed 2/2018. I never received a notice and now 5 years later they filed a claim. Haven’t heard anything from Jackson Radiology. Guess I better check my credit report.
Apparently, I had a bill from them. I already paid several bills from them but for some reason this particular bill "didn't have the right address". So what did they do? Instead of trying to get in touch with me with information from all the other bills that made it to me which I paid in full, they sent the 100 bill to collections. Did I hear from collections? No, because they didn't have the right contact information. I only found out since I wanted to refinance my home. My credit has been affected. Absolutely ridiculous.
