I went into the store with an older propane heater I purchased from somewhere else and needed help finding a piece to fit the line for the 20lb tank I had and wasn’t sure what I needed or how to go about it. The younger gentleman went straight to the back and got the right piece and even put it on for me connected everything together AND cleaned the heater out with a can of air the best he could. My husband’s aunt is 103 and she uses A LOT of propane to keep her house as warm as she likes it. Jackson Propane has done a fantastic job of staying on top of her fuel needs and even contacting us before a cold spell to make sure she doesn’t run out.
Good people, needed some gas pipe and they were willing to sell me the exact amount I needed.

Liars for one. Claiming ky law when only store policy. 2 they have no interest in new customers. Must be nice to have enough money you don't have to actually sell your product. Guess you've got enough from ripping off current customers. Thinking we definitely dodged a bullet with this company.
