I agree with Brad - they are Con Artists. Told me they couldn't find a large water main leak in my front yard and would have to put in a new main from the street to my house at a cost of $3600. I said no and the Plumber returned to my front door saying he smelled gas around my gas water heater. He told me he could replace it with a tankless $4362.
