The city really needs to stop giving away money to idiotic programs and invest in infrastructure more like this place. It has to be ran by city and state funds. This place had fumes that reached out to Hilliard. And why the hell is it next to a source of water?

I don't think this is good air that were breathing and I recently relocated to this area of town and I'm very concerned that I have to drive through such a noxious smell. Drove by this monstrosity a few nights ago and almost passed out from the fumes coming out of this place. I’m no shrinking violet but this smell was choking me out. How this place exists off a busy interstate and emits what seems to be high concentrations of hydrogen sulfide gas is beyond me. It must be intolerable for the folks living downwind from here.
