Dr. Paul Jackson is a kind, Godly, and very capable physician. You can trust him. He...is not the problem. There is something wrong with his front office personnel...I can't put my finger on it...but, many times they seem lost in space (schedules, insurance, general communication, etc.). It just makes me feel like they don't know what they are doing. Generally, I've had to do all the legwork for his staff. Not cool! He is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor with a genuine love for the Lord and his Patients. I first met Dr Jackson several years ago when I went to the ER with some heart-related issues. Dr. Jackson is like a big brother in my mind. He keeps saving my life. I have a deep respect for him, and his staff. They are like family. I'm not just saying this. I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I know God crossed our paths for a reason.
