Packages get stolen often; the code never works for delivery drivers to get in. Got my car broken into in the gated garage, HOA was too lazy to check for the security footage despite there being a camera 20 feet from where it happened. Apartments are fine at least in my case, just don’t expect the HOA to do anything if things go wrong.

Do not rent please do not roach infested I did everything bombed it sprayed it laid traps khan is a horrible landlord moved me in a dirty apartment after I asked him repeatedly to clean car and apartment was broken into do not move here

I lived in unit 119, my landlord took my deposit and paid to replace a 16 year old carpet that needed to be replaced years ago, she said I didn’t clean it and she cleaned it professionally when I moved it but the carpet felt nasty and was coming out of part for being so old. Unit was nasty when I moved in, washer and dryer was not working correctly, it would take like 5 hours to dryer my laundry, there small cockroach and ants in the kitchen and bathroom, the kitchen sink was clogged with grease and I paid out of my package ... read more
