The washing machines have been down for over a year! There is no place for then to wash their clothes and the owners don't care.. While they are sitting in their comfortable places, not understanding.Is hard for a handicap person to get out to wash their clothes. HUD WILL BE CONTACTED AND THE NEWS

My brother died in his apartment on Sunday night. We didn’t get a call from ANYONE UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING. My daughter was his emergency contact NO CALL Now the apartment owners are telling us we have 14/ days to remove his belongings, However they won’t give us access to do so. Please DO NOT RENT FROM JACKSON PARK APARTMENTS. They have been rude, no empathy or respect for the passing of our brother.
