My family and I have been living here now for almost 9 months. The price of the 3 bedroom is "good" by San Diego standards but I must concur with the majority of the reviews in that the management team is very unprofessional. I know when I contact them I will not see results in a timely manner (if even at all). Took the management team almost 3 months to install the washer/dryer they stated would be in the unit upon move in date.

Worst experience ever in my life with this company very disrespectful managers they don’t care about what’s wrong with your Apartment like maintenance AC is not working or water heater is not working for weeks that’s not their problem they don’t live there why not take a shower in a cold water but the rent has to be paid on time or if your late one day on rent even when it’s pandemic they make sure that you have to pay that late fee Not to mention how bad they talk to you on the phone when you complain about a problem few ti... read more
False advertised the apartment when we were looking to find a new place an the managers have still not fulfilled their promise of providing a washer and dryer 3 months after saying it would be installed by our move in date. Don't fall for this scam.
