All of the employees and owners have always provided excellent customer service, and in my experience and observation strive to provide information and products tailored to each customer's individual projects. They have also gone above and beyond researching and special ordering products that may not be on hand in the store. A pleasure to shop here, keep up the good work.
I've had been a customer of Jackson Paint and Glass for 10+ years and they are the only place in town you can get screens fixed. It seems they work at NOT getting things right the first time on a job. It is frustrating to be treated in a way that makes you feel like you are putting them out for them to do their job. I wish Idaho falls was not so far away.
