I have had great experiences with Jackson Outdoor Equipment the past few years. I take my lawn mower in for a tune-up and randomly for filters and parts. They cleanup my mower very well each time. Communication is everything I expect. I highly recommend that you give them a try.
Never seem to have what i want, but when they do it's always 20 bucks more than i think its going to cost. It is what it is, I'll use them if I'm in a pinch, but if it's a part that needs to be ordered ill save myself a ton by ordering it myself from eBay.
My experience was that the staff were rude and not very knowledgeable.
