my opinion is that this is not a good company to work for. They do not treat their employees well at all and it unfortunately is reflected in customer service. Which is disappointing compared to how the company used to be.
I called to check if I could order off road diesel. Mind you, I was only asking if they had any availability for today or tomorrow. The male customer service representative I spoke with was very rude on the phone, and said "No, I guess you're just going to have to call, and beg the oil company you were using, because we can't do that". When I call companies I understand that they may not be able to do what we ask.
