Ordered a watch band calendar from them in May 2025. Credit card was charged at that time. Received an order that they would ship months later in October 2025. Order never came. Contacted them 3 times by phone. First time Ray says he would call me back, but never did. 2nd call 2 weeks later he says the internet is down and can’t help me. 3rd call 2 days later he says they are moving and can’t help me. I ordered some Rolodex cards from this company. I called to check on the freight charge and talked to a very sweet man. I didn't ask for a discount on the items I ordered, but he offered one. I received my items today (on time) and the discount was applied. Everything came in just as he said. It was a very pleasant experience.

I was referred to this company by the makers of Sharpie paint pens. So I put in an order with this company in April. They sent me an invoice, but that was the last I heard from them. I have been trying to get someone to respond because I never received my order. At this point I would like to cancel it, but there is no way to get a hold of anyone. None of the contacts they provide work. I am worried because they have my credit card information. This is a very unprofessional way of doing business.
