First time here and it was clean and quick. My nails started to lift by day 4 but I'm now 2 weeks out and it's time for a fill....maybe try gel instead of acrylic next time? Overall my experience was nice. It was a nice bday gift from my friend.
I had a 10am pedicure appointment and I wore sandals all day so I could wear regular shoes going out last night at 5:30. When I looked this morning the polish on both big toes was rumpled. I called John and he graciously invited me to come back and he did the polish to perfection. The original work was done by another of the employees, I don't know why that happened but it's fixed now.
The woman I usually go to for a pedicure retired so I was looking for a new place to go. I don't think I'll be returning here and this is why. The young man who worked on me was not as gentle as he could have been (massaging hard on the shin bone, continuing to massage the arches even as I flinched with ticklishness, just general roughness) and he poked me twice - Ow!
