Beware of this owner & his company as he will take your money and leave you hanging for months! He always promises 3 months for work but I’m at 6+ months now with NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE TO SHOW FOR MY MONEY. I only ordered a brass nameplate, not even a headstone. I reported the business to the BBB and the owner decided to retaliate rather than finish the job. He’s canceling my order now because of my complaint. Save your sanity and use a different company!

This company is an ABSOLUTE LOSER and they JUST DONT CARE at all about anything but themselves. We're going on a year now and the owner, Rick Elliott STILL does not have our mother's gravestone finished. WHY???- because they are absolutely LAZY and they don't give a damn. We really screwed up by thinking they were timely and professional. Our family, along with sooo many others has ALSO been getting a run around from this business, just like so many others in the Beloit area. Buyer Beware! We ordered a monument for my in-laws 11 months ago and told it would take about 3-4 months to be ready to be placed in the cemetery. We have contacted them every other month and are always given the same answer, that they are working on it. I'm convinced these people have no intention of ever honoring our contract but instead are the first to point out that we are unable to cancel it and get our money refunded. PLEASE don't go here.
