Dr. Posada and staff are amazing. They took care of my husband’s ACL. Pre op and follow up care has been efficient and thoroughly explain. Facility is clean and staff professional.
They do not respect patients' time and cancel appointments unilaterally without notification. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be informed by the front desk staff that it had been canceled because I did not confirm it. I explained that I had called a couple of days prior to update my insurance information, which clearly indicated that I intended to keep my appointment. Really great experience. Staff was kind and professional. Dr Gutierrez was thorough. Facility was nice and very clean.
