Great experience. Kimberly was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions even raised some we never thought about. Spent a long time making sure I knew how to use the walker once I decided which one I wanted. Highly recommend the Bloomington location and Kimberly.
If I could rate it zero stars, I would. They have given us the run around for weeks after buying back a NEW lift chair for 15% of the original price. The person we bought it for died 3 days after it was installed and never, ever used it. They got it back for pennies on the dollar and still haven't paid us the paltry amount yet despite repeated calls to them. BEWARE!
The young woman receptionist/sales person needs a lesson in empathy, customer service, etc. I was all prepared to purchase a transfer bench for $199.00 and asked how it worked and she rolled her eyes and acted like I was bothering her. Nope. I walked out and went to A.P.A. Medical Equipment in Minneapolis. The same exact transfer bench was only $79.99. And...they gave excellent customer service.
Had the very best experience and service at Jackson Medical. Highly recommended.
"HORRIBLE!" A still a nightmarish experience of a high cost totally useless, piece of junk, still today (3 years later) cluttering my home. Cannot open or close the chair, instruction didn't happen to include this integral information for usage, "how to OPEN/CLOSE this monster in size chair! Very vital information if ever to actually be used. "WHICH AFTER 3 YEARS, HAVE NOT EVER USED ONCE!" Design is extremely "wide" & I live in Apartment with very heavy glass double doors.
