"HORRIBLE!" A still a nightmarish experience of a high cost totally useless, piece of junk, still today (3 years later) cluttering my home. Cannot open or close the chair, instruction didn't happen to include this integral information for usage, "how to OPEN/CLOSE this monster in size chair!
