I took my 93-year-old mother into Jackson Medical Equipment because she thought her titanium walker (which she loves) needed some height adjustments and possibly some preventative maintenance performed. Kimberly (KC) waited on her. KC asked mom to demonstrate how she was using it. KC then brought another walker alongside mom's and showed mom how the walker should be used. Horrible, horrible customer service. The owner provided me the LEAST amount of attention possible. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of answers to my concerns. I will NEVER deal with Jackson Medical in Bloomington ever again.

Great experience. Kimberly was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions even raised some we never thought about. Spent a long time making sure I knew how to use the walker once I decided which one I wanted. Highly recommend the Bloomington location and Kimberly.
