I ordered various sizes of wood mounts ending in 3/4ths, and the company sent me out all the sizes ending in 7/8th. I called to advise that I received the wrong size in error and asked for a refund/replacement, and the man I spoke to said I am suppose to "assume" that the size I ordered off the website will automatically be bigger than what I ordered (based on a drawing of a wood mount that showcases the placement of the hourglass cut, where the arrows don't stretch all the way to the end).
