Get directionsI went in a few years ago to have a (painful) procedure done, and while I was there, I met a real life angel. His name is Jerry Zeigler, and he definitely left a mark on my heart. He went above and beyond to comfort me, and I'm forever grateful to him. I may never see or hear from him again, but I'm a better person for having met him. Thank you times a million, Mr Zeigler, and God bless!!!!
I am not happy with the service and care I received at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Because I am diabetic I was given an appointment of 7:00 a.m. on June 8th for an outpatient procedure that I would be sedated. I arrived at the hospital at 6:30 and was through admissions by 7:10 and back in a waiting room with my wife who was driving me home.
