Such a pleasant office to visit and doctor and staff are always professional and kind.
Dr. Lau and his staff are outstanding. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lau for over 10 years, and he is truly the best, I first met him at his previous location, and when he opened his own practice in Beverly Hills, I didn’t hesitate to follow him. The office is beautiful, modern, and equipped with the latest tech, but what really makes the experience special is the great service from Dr. Lau and his team. His attention to detail extends beyond eye care - make sure to check out his socks next time you visit :)
I’m editing my post to add a few more compliments because doctor Lau is really wonderful and he’s everything you want in a doctor - he is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen and address problems and explain the situation and the best course of action. I have began to notice some issues with my vision and scheduled a vision test with Dr. Lau after finding him on Google. I called ahead to make an appointment and explicitly asked what the total charge for my visit would be and Julie told me $150. After my vision test I went to check out and was charged $269. Nearly double what I was told on the phone. These bait & switch deceptive practices are extremely sickening. If you are planning on seeing Dr. Lau make sure to get a cost breakdown in writing before committing.
Great doctor! Dr. Lab is extremely nice and knowledgeable. He’s very thorough in his exam and it was very helpful discussing my medical situation with him. The office is centrally located in Beverly Hills and everyone at the office was also so nice nd helpful. I highly recommend Dr Lau! They also work with my insurance(Blue shield PPO)
