Jackson Lake Apartments was the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! There is so much to love about this spot - It’s proximity to 580 & 880, right next to Lake Merritt, a short walk to multiple BART stations, 10 minutes away from anything i needed across Oakland, Emeryville, and Alameda. It’s the perfect location! I was fortunate enough to snag a 1bed/1bath with washer/dryer and dishwasher. The unit was huge, updated, and very comfortable. I also had a garage parking spot. came by w/ my wife to get a tour cause it said on the website that u didn’t need an appointment/could just come during business hours. when we came, the woman at the front desk said “well I can’t show you anything because you just came in and I have work.” glad I went with another place. update your website.

I really enjoyed my time here. Was here for a year and would most certainly have stayed longer but for me moving in with my partner and looking for more bedrooms than the complex has (teleworking…and they cap at 2). Neighbors are super friendly and the neighborhood feels safe and comfortable for those who like living in a city’s downtown…and you can hardly beat two blocks from the Lake. We have absolutely loved living here. We are only moving because of a relocation to another state. The location is perfect. You are two blocks from Lake Merritt and a 12 min walk to BART. There is a gym on site that is rarely crowded. The bottom units have huge patios where we were able to have an entire vegetable garden and outdoor furniture. Also, the management is responsive. I would definitely recommend.
