Not a fan.
Do not try to work with this group. After a couple weeks of filling out paperwork, forwarding test results, and numerous calls with the nurses, the doctor referred me back to the physician who sent me to her in the first place. This is all without me ever having a chance to speak with the doctor directly. They kept telling me I needed to send in more information before I could have an in-person visit and ultimately, they sent me away. As an informed patient going through mid-life changes, I was extremely disappointed with the front desk approach about the request to be seen for HRT. It was an upsale approach on pellets, which are not covered by insurance and which may not be appropriate for every woman. The experience made it clear to me that this place does not have the best interest in those who are seeking professionally trained individuals to trust their mid life wellness journey with. Dr. Jackson was wonderfully down to Earth, thorough and knowledgeable. She was also in no rush and was so generous to educate me as a patient as it related to the steps of the exam, the findings and the treatment options. Her staff was also incredibly kind. I'm taken aback at how all-around-smooth the whole appointment went.
